whole products offer one year warranty. Meanwhile, we welcome and cooperate with your appointed 3rd party to arrange pre-delivery inspection.
What's your package?
All with export wooden box package, more safe during shipping
What's your leading time?
Most models have stocks, under normal condition the leading time is as follows.
Stock goods within 7 days
If no stock, production will need around 20-30days.
we will inform you if the delivery is delayed due to epidemic control, public holidays or other force majeure factors.
Payment methods?
For order under 10,000 US dollars: 100% payment.
For order from 10,000 to 50,000 US dollars: 50% down payment, 50% balance payment before delivery.
For order over 50,000 US dollars: 30% down payment, 70% balance payment before delivery.
For special customized order: 70% down payment, 30% balance payment before delivery.
L/C payment terms: 3% handling charges is requested.
Payment against draft bill of lading: The trade terms should be CFR or CIF, if in FOB terms, we will request 3% Sinosure insurance premium.
What trade terms would you accept?
We accet CIF, CFR, FOB, EXW and other trade terms. You could work with your cooperated freight forwarder our recommended freight forwarder.
Which port are the items exported from?
We are more near to Qingdao port, if you need other China port, it’s OK for us also.
Which ways you use in delivery?
we could provide you with superior shipping ways such as sea freight, air cargo, land transportation, train service and express and so on.
